Our Story and an Introduction to Our Team

The history of our team dates back to 1996, when Tomaž and Miha, the initiators of this business idea, met in a small student dorm. While studying, we hit upon the idea of creating a business partnership, in which we would combine our knowledge of wood and nature with our business skills. Our vision was to change the world for the better; however, it wasn’t yet the right time for such a venture, so we put the idea on hold.

Both of us went our own way and gained new knowledge and experience in our profession. In the meantime, family changes took place, both of us became parents and the awareness of responsibility towards others and concern for the future became even stronger. Children changed our view of the world, and we began to think more long-term and take responsibility for the wider community. Despite everything, we remained connected and became real family friends, and both partners and children got along really well.

Finally, the time came when we were able to combine our knowledge and wealth of experience and further enhance it with the expertise of our partners, Tanja and Mateja. Together, we decided to contribute to a better world in the field of nutrition, promote healthy eating habits and focus on prevention rather than cure.

Our aim is for our products, together with the experience of our team, comprising Tomaž, Miha, Tanja and Mateja, to contribute to positive global change. The first product line we developed is a series of smoked spices, designed to impress lovers of good food. In addition, we want to help those who decide to partially switch to a plant-based diet to overcome their fear of monotony in the kitchen. We guarantee that your culinary journey will be even more varied and diverse with the help of our spices.
